On April 4, Kelvin turned 8 months old! He is such a smiley guy. He loves to snuggle and when he holds on like a little koala bear. He is not crawling yet, but he is very close. He gets up on his hands and knees and then rocks. When he is on our hardwood floor, he just pushes himself backward to get around. He has four teeth on top that are poking through and three on the bottom, although the two top front teeth are not very far in, so he looks like a little bat. He has discovered that he can suck on his toes (with or without socks), so while he is sitting on the floor, he will be bent all the way over, chewing on his toes. I find this pretty amusing and Preston laughed at it today as well. On Easter (April 8), Kelvin tried to pull himself up for the first time, although unsuccessful. If I stand him up next to the coffee table, he can stand up (while holding on to the table) by himself. He is signing a little bit now too. He will sign milk, when he is hungry. He also will now put his arms up in the air when I ask him "how big is Kelvin?" It is just so much fun to watch a baby grow and change. It is such a miracle! And I love listening to him babble, which he will usually only do if it is quite, otherwise he likes to listen. He is growing like a weed still and is 22 pounds 2 ounces and is 28.5 inches long!
