Welcome Preston Alixander Wheeler!!!!

Our baby Preston Alixander was born thursday night at 7:50PM 1/15/09 at Ashland Community Hospital. He weighed 8 lb 7.7 oz at birth and was 21 inches long. All went well, Thank God! It is amazing how such an experience can change your life so much. Like never before, I was extremely thankful that both Tara and Preston were healthy. I can't wait to watch this beautiful boy grow up. This morning our doctor gave Tara and Preston the okay to come home which we were very excited to do. Dallas enjoyed meeting the baby and has yet to realize that the baby is here to stay, and his life will never be the same. Although we were hoping for a little snow that everyone else in the state has, we unfortunately did not get a white Christmas, but we still had a great time opening presents at Mandy's house and then having Christmas dinner at our house. Although this is long overdue... here are a few pictures of the baby shower at my mom's house that we had on November 22. Thank to all of you for coming and making it such a special day! Also, thank you so much for all the wonderful gifts!

We have finally got our office cleared out, which allowed us to finish painting this last weekend. We also got our crib put together and I threw the bedding on it so we could see how it looks. I will have more pictures as we finish putting in the rest of the furniture and decorations.
